About Get Me Brittany Law
A firm built around your questions, not just your case
Most people don't call an attorney because things are going well. They call because something at work went sideways, or because a deal, a partner, or a contract turned into a problem they can't solve alone.
In those moments, you don't need jargon. You need someone who will listen, tell you honestly where you stand, and fight for you from there.
For employers, that means practical counsel from someone who understands how a business actually operates.
For employees, it means an advocate who can read the room you were working in.
And for founders, it means a lawyer who has helped build companies, not just litigate over them.
That's the whole idea behind this practice. I help you understand your options in language that actually makes sense, so you can make decisions with confidence. Whether that means negotiating a resolution, standing firm in a dispute, or building your business on a foundation that holds up.

About Brittany
I've spent years inside the machinery of organizations: how they're structured, how people work within them, and where the pressure points hide. As the founder of BND Consulting, an organizational design consultancy, I helped companies build the roles, systems, and agreements that keep a business running well.
That work taught me something litigators usually learn only from the outside: disputes rarely start in the courtroom. They start in a vague contract, an unclear reporting line, or a promise no one wrote down.
That perspective is the throughline of my legal practice.
When I take on an employment or business matter, I'm not just reading the complaint, I'm reading the organizational dynamics underneath it.
I earned my J.D. from Boston University Law School and am admitted to practice in New Jersey and the Third Circuit in Federal Court. I've been named as a Top Woman in Business in New Jersey and a Top 40 Under 40 by New Jersey Business Magazine.
